PSYCHIATRIC MEDICATION MANAGEMENT IN ROCKVILLE & ONLINE ACROSS MD, CA, VA, & NY
Empowering you to feel in charge of your mental health.
Medication doesn’t change who you are—it just creates a little more space between you and the struggle, so you can feel like yourself again.
Some days feel heavier than others—like you're moving through mud, drained before the day even begins. Sleep might be a struggle (either too much or not enough) and even the simplest tasks can feel impossible to start.
Maybe there’s always a string of worried thoughts in the background, making social situations exhausting or certain fears hard to shake. Or maybe your mind gets stuck in loops, thoughts repeating, habits that feel out of your control.
Whatever you’re struggling with, I believe we can find solutions together.
I provide supportive psychiatry & medication management for…
ADHD
Anxiety
Depression
Grief & life challenges
Impulse-control disorders
OCD
Phobias
Sleep struggles
Skin-excoriation disorder
Trichotillomania
My Approach
Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to holistically address your needs.
In our first appointment, we’ll spend an hour together so I can really get to know you—your story, your struggles, what has been working, and what has not. This isn’t just about checking boxes, it’s about understanding who you are and what matters to you. From there, we’ll create goals together, both short-term and long-term, that feel meaningful to you.
In our subsequent appointments, we’ll discuss how you’re feeling and how the medication has been affecting you, and we can always make adjustments as needed. Whether we’re meeting for a quick 15-minute medication check-in or a longer 45-minute session with supportive therapy, I want you to feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
My approach is rooted in genuine care and hope.
Even when things feel overwhelming, I hold onto the belief that change is possible—and I think you’ll feel that hope in how I show up for you. Medication management and supportive psychotherapy will both be implemented because I know that managing mental health is about more than prescriptions. We’ll talk about what’s important to you, work on practical strategies for everyday challenges, and make sure your values are woven into everything we do. This is your journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you.
There is hope for a life that feels better.
Questions?
Frequently asked questions
-
Psychiatric medications work by helping to adjust the way certain chemicals in the brain communicate, which can affect things like mood, focus, and stress levels. Think of it like fine-tuning the volume on a radio—sometimes things are too loud, sometimes too quiet, and medication can help bring it to a more balanced place. It’s not an instant fix, and it often takes some trial and error to find what works best. The goal is to support your or your child’s well-being in a way that creates a sense of agency in your daily life.
-
My medication management services aren’t a good fit for individuals seeking benzodiazepines, as that’s not a part of the care I provide. If you’re unsure whether we would be the right fit, I’m always happy to have a conversation to explore your needs and see how I can help.

We’ll have regular check-ins to talk about how things are going, and if medication is not feeling right, we can make adjustments together. If you decide you’d like to stop, I’ll guide you through the process safely, helping you wean off if needed to avoid any uncomfortable side effects. The goal is always to find what feels best for you, with open, ongoing communication every step of the way.
