Each stage of a child's development presents unique challenges, and in today's environment, these challenges are often more nuanced than in the past. You may have observed changes in your child's demeanor, stress levels, or ability to concentrate on academic tasks. Additionally, significant life events such as parental separation, bereavement, or transitions to new schools may be impacting their ability to adapt to their current circumstances. Furthermore, if your child has recently received a diagnosis, you may feel unprepared to provide the necessary support on your own.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed and unsure of the best thing to do for them, you’re in the right place and I’m here to help.
I provide thoughtful, individualized care for children (5+), adolescents(16+), and their families through psychotherapy and medication management. My approach is dynamic and flexible—I honor your role as the caregiver and strive to create a space where both you and your child feel heard, respected, and supported. I’ll never insist on any treatment method for your child if that’s not something you’re interested in doing. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, sustainable progress.
For adults, I offer compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care focused on improving mental health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
We support individuals through the diagnosis and treatment of:
Anxiety
ADHD
Autism
OCD
Depression

Perhaps you've seen their frustration boil over into anger—directed at you, at teachers, or inwardly at themselves. Maybe mornings are filled with battles just to get out the door, or you've watched your child become stuck in repetitive behaviors that seem impossible to interrupt.
It’s exhausting. It can be heartbreaking. And it’s often lonely to carry so much worry while trying to hold everything together for your family.
As a psychiatrist specializing in the care of neurodivergent children and adolescents, I understand these struggles deeply. You don’t have to navigate them alone.
Together, we can work to better understand your child’s needs and build a path toward more stability, connection, and confidence—at home, at school, and beyond.

Medication can be an important part of feeling better, and we're here to help you figure out if it's the right fit for you. Through medication management, we’ll talk about your symptoms, explore treatment options, and decide together whether medication might help. If it does, we’ll find the right type and dose for you, and check in regularly to make sure it’s working well and not causing side effects. It’s a thoughtful, ongoing process—always tailored to you.
